Barbara Hays is the Bureau Manager for NACC. New on the job locally, she has over 18 years experience in animal sheltering. She is interested in making the shelter more visually appealing, enticing more potential adopters. Heidi, a Great Pyrenees surrendered to the shelter, shares a moment with her. Heidi has since been adopted into loving home.
