In some of your more representational pieces there are tones of Cubism. How does this and other styles of art influence your work, if they do?

The Cubism tones in some of my works are an unconscious effort on my part. It seems to be tied to my need for dimensional fragmented surface tension and the love of geometric shapes to change the perspective form in the construction. The use of color in the work often plays an important role in dictating the design, tricking the eye to move around the subject or form created. Glass seems a natural medium to play with cubist designs in order to bring out its vibrant beauty.
