To list your event on AltDaily’s calendar, just follow these simple instructions. The entire process should not take you more than five minutes.

1. Click here. The link will open in a new tab so that you can continue to view this page.
2. Log in. You can (A) use your own username and password if you already have one; (B) create a new user account; or (C) use the username “calendar” and password “AltDaily.”
3. Click Calendar on the left side of the page.
4. Fill in information. Tip: Make your description easy and quick to read.

Be aware: there is no field for venue info, so be sure to include the address and contact info if you want people to make it to your event!

You’ll notice that any subscriber has access to the Calendar. This is because we trust that readers and users will use this tool for its inherent benefit. We believe in the Wikipedia model of collective editing. So please be respectful and do not edit anything with the intent to misdirect readers. Thank you!

Also, we do reserve the right to delete events that we feel are not appropriate for this listing. For instance, your cousin’s birthday party, your roommate’s movie night, your nephew’s bar mitzvah…you get the idea.
