After months of planning and permitting and researching, we’re so excited to announce the rehabilitation of 42SevenGranby is finally underway!

Stay posted for details about the downtown Norfolk space, which was built in the 1910s. (It’s  next to the Granby Theater.)

We’re proud to report the building will be restored to historic standards and we’re on course to achieving LEED certification.

Our amazing green contractors, Vista Builders, will start tearing things up at 8 am. It feels kinda like Christmas.
