12:04 Oh boy, here it is… Cheif Justice is coming out to do the oath. I know I was joking before but… well…
12:05 I’m getting a little misty.
12:05 Protect that Constitution, Obama!
12:06 It happened so quick! Shouldn’t there at least be some sort of passing of a sword involved? Should we make sure Obama can, I don’t know, touch his toes? That seemed a little too easy.
12:07 I want Obama to send a crisp bounce pass right into my hands, and then I will take two strong steps, and slam dunk the ball home. And then I will be happy forever.
12:08 Oh, man! We get to listen to this guy for at least four years… it’s still sinking in. Gone are Bush-isms, in is Obama things that inspire us, things that feel like Truth, things that make us want to cuddle with our President like we are kitten brother and sister.
12:09 Do you think there are super liberal couples having sex to this right now?
12:10 “Call me Barack, baby.”
12:11 (Please ignore last posting. I meant to moan that out loud, not type it.)
12:12 “America is bigger than the sum of our individual ambitions.” This sounds beautiful, but how do we put an idea like this into action? I hope he helps us do this.
12:14 I can’t even hear his words… he’s just got such grace, strength, that chiseled jaw that seems like it was formed with Mount Rushmore in mind. I wish Obama could be everywhere, like some sort sorcerer, just his face floating in every room and on every tree in America. Wouldn’t you do the right thing if Obama was watching, even if it was just a hologram?
12:17 “WE are ready to lead once more.”
I actually feel like he meant me too. That was exciting!
Okay, Part 3 to come. I’m really enjoying watching this with you.
