Hell’s Freezes Over

KING FOR A DAY Gene, the nicest doorman in the entire universe, left Granby Street's Hell's Kitchen with a royal bang
Today was a sad one, as Norfolk said goodbye to the best bouncer in the history of this great city’s existence.
So maybe I’m exaggerating the stupendousness of Norfolk; but certainly not Hell’s Kitchen bouncer Gene (i.e. Best Bouncer Ever).
Thankfully Gene didn’t die or anything—he’s just moving on to the Northern pastures of Washington, DC. Still, a huge crowd came out to bid him farewell.
If you’re unfamiliar with Gene’s big ass smile, shame. (It’s one of the most beautiful smiles I’ve ever seen.)
Goodbye sweetheart; Granby Street’ll sure miss ya dearly.
