Hampton Roads Native Joval Martin, studied Art History and Urban Planning at Virginia Commonwealth University. Before that he sang with the Virginia Opera Association and studied classical voice at the Governor's School for the Arts, a visual and performing arts high school serving the Greater Hampton Roads Region.
