Jeff moved to Norfolk in January 2009 to manage Norfolk SPCA’s No-Kill Pet Adoption Center and two Low-Cost Veterinary Clinics. He moved from Atlanta where for the last ten years he has been running no-kill animal shelters and working on animal welfare legislation.
