POSTS BY Alfredo Torres
For over 7 years, Alfredo Torres helped spread joy, laughter and music over the local airwaves. Getting his start as a regular on the Mike and Bob show, he took his talents to his own, "Alfredo Torres Debacale," before moving on to 100.5 Max FM's Locals Lounges where he featured the most talented local rock bands in the Hampton Roads area. He went on to host a successful video blog for Port Folio Weekly and currently is featured on Bob's Boneyard, a podcast staring himself along with Bob Fresh and Manny Fresh formally of the Mike and Bob show and Torres vs Zombies, a zombie survival podcast. He has been there, done that and has the T-shirt to prove it, even if the T-shirt doesn't fit anymore. Widely respected for his quick wit, knowledge of music and zombies, and a passion for local artist, The Silver Fox doesn't follow the politically correct path.

A Night At A North Korea’s Prison Will Makes You Beg For Gitmo.

By Alfredo Torres

For those of you who don’t know, North Korea has one of the most horrible prison systems known to man. They regularly torture and abuse the people that they throw in their jails. These people aren’t in for suspected terrorism, they are in for things like disagreeing or speaking out against the government. Some are in prison for being related to someone who spoke out against the government. They are beaten, starved, and executed. This is what being tortured is really like

A Dr and A Soldier Died Last Week. Who’s Death Was More Tragic? Depends on Who You Watch.

By Alfredo Torres

The murders of both Dr. George Tiller and Pvt. William Long are tragic. I’m sure that both men knew the risk of the occupation that they decided to follow. Yet the liberal media chooses to discuss how conservative programs like The O’Riley Factor led to the climate that resulted in the death of Dr. Tiller, yet choose to ignore the fact that they themselves have contributed to the negative image of members of the military, portraying them as murders and as morally challenged people who could care less for the rights or anyone. Does this sound fair to you? It doesn’t to me.

We would be dealing with an administration that would be reaching across the aisle to the “enemy” and would be handing out the olive branch of peace. Democrat and Republican working side by side.
